A draft FORM has been made up for use when an insurance inspector visits a plant and does not leave an inspection certificate as in the past.
Members are encouraged to use the form, modified to suit their institution in order to document that an inspection took place. A copy of this form has been sent to Milton Washington, Chief Bureau of Boilers and Pressure Vessel Compliance at the dept. of labor, as part of our advocacy campaign on this issue.
