Using PayPal is fast, easy and free. PayPal will provide you with an email receipt for your records. Depending which credit card you use, you could also earn reward points from your credit card carrier. Just click on the PayPal icon to the right of the item description to make your purchase.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. After clicking on the PayPal icon for the item you are purchasing, simply click on the button where it says, "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" and you will be taken to a page where you can enter your credit card info without opening a PayPal account.

Alternatively, if you would rather pay by check for your membership, click on the green download button to the right of the item description to download a Microsoft Word document containing the membership application. Fill this out and mail it along with your check to the address on the form.

"Plus" memberships include the cost of 8 meals during the renewal year.

Dues for retiree members are $0 per year. As per our Constitution and Bylaws, retirees MUST return any change of address, phone number, etc. in order to be kept on the active membership list in accordance with section 6.

MEALS

Members purchasing membership without the meal option may buy a meal a la carte to be served during any regular member meeting. Meals for members are $30.

There are no credits or refunds for unused meals.

VISITORS

Non-members may attend meetings as a guest up to two(2) times a year. There is no limit for Non-member hospital employees. Pre registration is required for companies and non members wishing to attend a meeting. Registration MUST be submitted by midnight the day before a scheduled meeting. Approved Guests must present appropriate ID at the sign-in table. Registration can be done online via our Registration Page. Fee for attending a meeting is $75 or $50 for a non-member hospital employee. The registration fee can be paid in advance using PayPal or paid at the time of meeting attendance. The registration fee includes a served meal.
