Pre registration is required for companies and non members wishing to attend a meeting. Registration MUST be submitted by midnight the day before a scheduled meeting. Approved Guests must present appropriate ID at the sign-in table.

Companies and/or Non-Member Guests	$75.00	Maximum of two (2) visits per year
Non-Member Hospital Employees	$50.00	No limit.

FAILURE TO PRE-REGISTER WILL RESULT IN DENIED ADMISION AT THE MEETING.
